G short for Gambit

I wanted a puppy, so Anthony and I went driving around to find one. We found one at the humane society of Tacoma. It was a Siberian husky mix and it was left stranded. If the owners didn't come get him then we were going to get him. We had to wait a couple days. I looked at the site the day before and he wasn't there anymore. So I called and no he wasn’t there the owners came for him.

December 31st was when I went to go get a puppy. Katie took me after work and then we were going to go to Anthony and Ryan's house. The plan was to get the boy puppy Spike for my mom and the Girl puppy Lucy for me. But Lucy was on hold for someone else. So I got Spike. It was a better idea just to get one anyways. Well we didn't want to call him Spike. All our friends and family suggested names we liked Mozart and Anthony wanted to call him G. Because G was a G. I told Anthony we could name him G but needed to find some name that started with a G so we could say he's G short for whatever else we thought of.

Anthony moved in with me a little after the New Year. When we went and got his stuff from his mom's I noticed he had this pillow from when he was a kid. He gave it to G to sleep with and on the pillow was an X-men named Gambit. So I decided that would be a great name. Everyone loves Gambit off of the X-men. So now he is G short for Gambit.
